Barry (Dive Master) and Brendt (Captain) went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed all our divers, accommodating our special requests, pointing out sealife (the tiniest sea horse). It was a truly luxurious 1:1 experience rather than the overcrowded boats on the rest of the island.

As for the hotel, it was made better by Ricardo at Reception who was always welcoming, cracking jokes and immediately attending to our many requests and questions.

It is this team that made our trip so enjoyable and memorable and it was sad saying goodbye!

The massage is very economical. Gabriela was my masseuse and really helped melt all my stress away and soothed my aches and pains right away.

Christopher is always there to help with cool excursions or just a day trip across the island or dinner cruises.

The “beach boys” who bring towels and setup your beach loungers and umbrellas are sweet and attentive.

The housekeeping staff is great and work around your schedule if you want to sleep in.

The restaurants are staffed w consummate professionals who work hard to make excellent food and drinks (need more alcohol in drinks is only complaint and it’s really expensive compared to others in area).

Groundskeepers, Pool cleaners,and Security are behind the scenes working in the hot sun to make everything clean and looking beautiful. Property is very safe. Can’t wait to go again

She is A lovely woman and an asset to the hotel. The hotel is very lucky to have Marvin taking care of everyone down at the beach. He works hard, takes care of everyone as is very fun!
