The staff were so helpful and professional and almost everyone spoke Engligh. I can't wait to go back!

Standout staff included Abril at the front desk who was very helpful, and Javier Miranda, who always seemed to appear when we needed anything. He treated us like family. Food was really good. Only thing that I missed was availability of spirits at the bar- only mixed drinks and beer available on the all-inclusive drink menu. Beautiful beach front location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We travel the world often and customer service is a high priority for us. You can spend your money anywhere however it’s how they make you feel once you are on the property. We were here are 10 days and everyday was excellent. Thanks to all the fabulous staff and management. I will certainly come back again. We also appreciated Joshua, the paradise tour guy. The activities experiences he booked us on -scuba, zip lining , the animals- sleuth , dolphins, monkeys etc were excellent. I had such a great time. I not only experienced things I never tried before I gained a friend. Thank you so much Joshua. I will see you again next time I’m on Roatan. Simply fabulous.

We always take the Bed and Breakfast plan which suits us. The breakfast is awesome!!. Now for the fabulous, awesome staff If you need anything from activities to sightseeing go to the Office and see Christopher is is wonderful and will help you with just about anything. The Cayuca Bar/Restaurant we have the other awesome staff Edwin G, Hermelinda, Olga, Phalon, Eloy and the rest. If you need anything at the beach you have Marvin and Jaxvier that will get you situated on the beach. You can also ask Cory the security he will also help. These people are like family. El Guapo and I hope to get back in Nov if not see you all in May. More

How nice to have everything from airport pick up, check in, house keeping, lovely beach front location,... read more beautiful pool and grounds, delicious food (we liked having the buffet breakfast included), fun bar and super friendly hardworking staff. All around great resort with an exceptional team of employees.
The location is convenient for water activities (nice snorkeling, our tour and fishing boat picked us up at a nearby dock, jet skiing and other rentals available nearby). We felt very safe walking to many of the nearby restaurants each night. The sunset views were fantastic. Gradual ocean depth, nice sandy beach with perfect water temps and amazing sunset views.
We had a nice visit to nearby West End but were glad that we chose this location.
Paradise rooms with our own balcony worked out great. The suite was the only room that had a coffee maker (if you want coffee before 7am you might want to book a suite)
Book soon, as I have told everyone I know that this place is fabulous!
